Can anyone recommend me a dining place where it suits the following conditions:
a) Not too expensive
b) Aircon
c) VERY QUIET and NICE AMBIENCE (this is a must)

island cafe quite cheap
food is not bad
service is bery good
but can be quite noisy bcos more and more ppl noe about this place liao
last time i go oni see some tourists and tai tais
now got working crowd and students oso.... -

I am early 20's, i define below 40/person is consider reasonable... for dating
Below 30/PAX consider cheap.. (incl of GST + service tax)

tink very hard cos tis is sg.... place so small... if got nice place sure will hv ppl go.... then definitely wun be 'very quiet' wif 'nice ambience'... and if there is execlusive place then sure wun be 'cheap'...
