  just for info, not all subway subs are healthy.

  those labelled with 6grams of Fats one are the healthy ones.. and the indicator did not include fat content in the sauce u choose..

  Honey Mustard was said to be one of the 0% fats sauces.

  the Cheese is actually ignorable in taste. you can try asking them dun put it in and it'll make no difference..

  I read all those above from some websites..  just to share with you guys..

  My favourite is ham sandwich (less than 6g of fat) with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and onion!

  Honey mustard and pepper for me please!

  And their cookies totally rock! Especially oatmeal and raisin, white chip macadamia and double choc! Yum!
