I know this is a bit early, but need to do a project for a child centre some time around Christmas. The plan is to host a Christmas dinner for them.
Need to know which caterer is good and not too expensive. Need food to be halal and have certain items such as log cakes, turkey, sherpherd's pie and ice-cream. In terms of number of guests, might have around 50: 40 kids and 10 adults. Budget for dinner is around $15 per pax, but the cheaper the better.
Thanks for your help! ![]()

save $ n DIY la.
turkey can get from cold storage, ntuc or 711. shd be halal but have to preorder. im sure they have other items that you can cater for.
other DIY items you can do are cocktail weiners w a cube or cucumber and pinapple. cakes n kueh can get from your local bakery. microwave some froaen dimsum n chicken wings (also from cold storage).
can forget about salads at a kids party.
they don't allow us to cook there, hence the catering...
plus most of the ppl in my group do not know how to cook...
turkey from cold storage or 711 is not raw one. its ready made. just have to collect or they will deliver.
$15 budget may not be enuf cause im thinking holiday period the caterers will jack up the prices.
