lunch usually 11am to 2pm
hi-tea is 3pm to 6pm
there is no lunch from 2pm to 5pm
and buffer cannot be eaten

Buffet for Dim Sum be it lunch or hi-tea maybe u can try Yum cha or Crystal jade.
Both are nice.....
