I came upon a store selling it at Tanjong Pagar Railway. Big potato ball filled with minced mutton. The taste is not too bad, but feels MSG laden. Here's some pics and comments.

I didn't know about the smoking part, when I was there, there wasn't anyone smoking. I think that is considered part of M'sia is it?

luks realy unhealthy but the best tasting foods are always bad for us. haha
n yes its located on malaysian land, thats why u can smoke anywhere you want.
but my main issue of not going there is that no one serves beer.
