do u manage to eat your 2 servings of fruits and veggies a day?
if yes, how do u do it?
if no, why not?
i tell u, when i eat fries, i count that as a serving. hehe =P
and i count sugar-laden orange juice as one oso. hohoho~~
usually i will eat more than enuff
if not, i just go eat the numerous slices of apples or pears in my fridges
i think i eat more than enough, but, not on a daily basis.
Morning is the time i want to get as much fiber and vitamins, so bowl of oatmeal with fresh fruits, nuts, cheese etc.
Lunch is usually a six inch subway, instead of the cookie, I had a slice of watermelon.
Mid day snack would be baked nuts, seeds and beans
I swap my rice for veggies for my dinner, brocoili for the win, coupled with an orange after that.
An hour or so before sleep, usually plain yogurt with a cup of fresh blueberries.
