Haha...thanks for your reminder....
what about canned tuna?
btw, corned beef sandwich. wah lao. looks abit gross
depending on what sort of canned tuna you get, it can be beneficial or bad for your health. i recommend Ayam brand chunks in pure mineral water. do not choose those in oil or in water or other sauces. make sure it's pure mineral water.
180g tuna, 39g protein, <1g fat, <100mg sodium. it makes a very good meal, high in protein and carbohydrate. do note that limit yourself to max. 2 cans a week because of the high mercury content of tuna as it is a deep-water fish.
fish that are high in protein yet low in mercury are salmon.

OMG... what's that? Uncooked meat? Is it even meant for human consumption?

2 CANS A WEEK?????????????
So long it's canned food... I believe there's a great deal of preservatives so that their shelf-life can be maintained. Not to mention sodium, sugar and corn syrup....
ayam brand tuna chunks in pure mineral water is the one that has the least preservatives and is the most healthy can food.
