  What's a relatively comfortable venue with fresh ingredients for steamboat? budget about 15/pax?

  pick any one along beach road lah
  rber to go early, about 6pm+
  or else u have to queue damn long

  i went to the one at bugis. quite a bad experience. wouldn't mind paying much higher for a better ambience and experience.
