Pig's liver ngoh hiang taste real good. I like the one from the Jalan Besar Food Centre. I love the homemade ngoh hiang. Must learn to make ngoh hiang. I am one who eats very little pork but when coming to ngoh hiang I can't control and will keep eating.

Yea..homemade is the best....U can customise whichever flavour/filling you want and be able to control the amount of oil used so that u can make a healthier alternative too....
