Rice must be half cooked only when you put it in the oven. Don't use kraft cheese, their melting point is errrr not advisable.![]()
use mozarella cheese or parmesan cheese. sprinkle the cheese on the top and if you like.. somewhere in the middle.![]()
I normally make it w minced meat, diced carrots. About the rice, I steam it first then put it in the microwave w parmesan, mozarella cheese. Usually I buy the 'bigger' ones and sprinkle it all over and it's quite full...
Sounds fattening. Not for me. I prefer steam rice.
