Is there any cheap but taste good steamboat?

Promoton rate of $13.90++ per adult from 12pm to 2pm..
Variety is average with choice of "Seafood, Chicken and Sour & Spicy" soup base...
i usually eat at bugis.. i kinda miss the fryer steamboat at marina bay.

are you a student? could probably check out seoul garden student price on weekdays. pretty reasonable! plus there are so many outlets/locations to choose from
think the steamboat at aMK there. they got porridge base one. 15 dollars i think
