Nowadays only get chance to eat it at buffets. Its sold expensive because its extremely time consuming, and tedious to make.![]()
Imagine you have to wait every few mins for each layer to back, poke holes, flatten it, then add another layer, and then repeat the whole cycle again till it reaches the proper height. Goodness, that's a good half day gone.![]()
