I like the traditional type with xi dao yu. Use to make ourselves, uncle able to get fresh nice xi dao yu from his fisherman relatives, now no more. Homemade "lo hei" taste good and cheap.

Salmon and abalone slices themselves will steal the limelight...trust me.
