Opinion of Pasta & western Food Lovers

Hmmm...I was just wondering, would anybody be interested in joining a formal cooking class in a home setting to learn the above?
I was toying with the idea of starting it at my place. What do you all think?
FYI, I used to work in a fine dining French/continental restaurant (5-star), a fine dining Italian Restaurant (5-star) and Pasta Fresca before. -

Charges I dunno yet leh...it all depends on how many people wun 2 join! The more ppl, the cheaper the cost coz I got to but the same amount of stuff!
Aiyah, cost can discuss, but somewhere between 50 - 80 per person which includes ingredients.
Ideally, we should start on the basics - ingredients, where to get them, sauces etc since Italian cooking not really familiar to many locals. After that then we go on to the actual dishes. The focus will be on PASTA. If got special request for western dishes, can discuss B4 hand.
Maybe total of 4 lessons - 4 dishes including basics...structure of lessons can discuss on what U all prefer.

Anyway, my message was that there are about 4 forumers interested, and that Saturdays 4 - 6 pm would be great as U guys and gals can eatz till seow after the lesson!
Fee is at $60, CBD. Full address details/payment etc when arrangements are settled (like as in when the others get back to me .
