Hey. I'm holding an event for about 200 pax at
sentosa beach. Need to cater lunch for them. Was thinking either packet
lunch or a small variety buffet.
If it's a buffet, i would rather a theme. Eg, middle eastern food etc. If not it's cool with me too.
Price must be reasonable.
Can anyone who has had personal experience trying the caterer recommend me the caterer and the food they ordered?
Thanks alot. Appreciate it.
neogarden (good for the chinese food)
fourseasons
lavishdine
put them in google and u will get their websais cos im too dazed now to post in full
hey. the cheapest for most catered buffets are like $8 pax. I think thats pretty expensive for me considering i have about 250-300 ppl.
can anyone recommend me packet food caterers?
there are tons online but i prefer someone who have tasted the food to recommend.
thanks!!
den u juz order otak loh.
250-300 ppl eating from 便当 or happy meal boxes does not look for nice.....
if u have X number of ppl confirm attending discount 15% off the number when u order bcos the food is always too much......
if got children, take 20% off.
if u have the budget to hold event in sentosa for 200 pax, u confirm will have the budget for food.
frm experience, me tink acherly take 50-75% can le.
we oways hv alot of leftovers muz eat for many days.
depends on the no. of items at the buffet line
if wide variety then some items will run out faster, ppl will a bit of this a bit of that, some is nobardie touch
if oni a few items then all bo bian have to eat everything
Singapore food industries
It's actually a church event where all the youths where after games, all the youths will break up into their groups and can take a packet each to sit down and eat.. sorta like a picnic with their own snacks.
I'm really in favour of a buffet spread but at $8 pax, it's gonna be real expensive..
As for under-buying, is 200 for 250 ppl ok..
try CJS, they bento box lunch should be cheaper,
just had them,
delivered with carton boxes, foam box food inside, plastic fork/spoon, tissue, chili, tomato, pack separatly. every box has one sets
if for sentosa, i would request them to use big ice box, to put many bento box inside, so as the food remain warm when serve, we practice that during ICT
hw much are the youths paying?
Try Mum's Kitchen..
Really not bad..their food, service etc..Kinda economical also..
I always relied on them for the events that I organized for my co. =D

Hey thanks for this suggestion.
Just checked out their website, it's $3 a packet which is reasonable. May i know which combination did you order? How was it?
We actually ordered from a caterer a few years back that delivered their meals in bento boxes.. red and black if im not wrong.. and the food was horrible.. cant rmb the name though, are CJC's boxes black and red as well?

The youths are paying nothing. It's all paid for.
