ill be going to singapore on the 19th of march for food, maybe some singaporean foodies here can help. im staying in the mariott for a night then in mandarin meritus the next night (using up free rooms
) and i want to eat the ff: laksa, satay, chicken rice, roti prata, oyster omelette, fish head curry, sop tulang, chili crab and bak kwa. any hawkers near the places im staying you'd recommend me checking out? im only there for 3 days so i dont really have a lot of chances and i dont want to regret not eating the best hawker food sg has to offer. also im only going by public transpo so when suggesting, please keep in mind!

yea ive checked that blog out + makansutra, but on the same note, while makansutra recommends tian tian chicken rice, i hear a lot of people found it bland and overrated, so im taking it with a grain of salt.
i eat almost anything, spicy, sweet, tangy. im a cook and though ive been to singapore like 20 times before (always fly sq) i feel this is really the first time im going there strictly for food.
whats the consensous of that blog here? trustable?
so whr did u go on ur previous trips?
for maxwell, there's another chkn rice stall wh me tink is betta.
Take our local food guide. It should mention some good stuff there...
