how 2 prepare yu sheng?

  i need help..
  
  anyone knows how to prepare yu sheng.. i'm currently overseas.. so cant get e kind in NTUC where everythin's pack nicely.. anyone noe of where 2 get e recipe? or better still, e recipe.. as in e ingredients? wad kinda stuff to get?
