Fried Ice Creams?

  Hello,
  
  I've a sudden craving for Fried Ice Creams!
  But i don't remember where are the places which sells real nice fried ice creams,
  Blame it on my poor memory!
  
  Does anybody know where places in singapore where people still sells those fried ice creams?
  I used to eat before when i'm a small kid thou,
  But now, i can't seem to recall where did i purchase it and so..
  
  Outside is cripsy and hot and inside is ice cream,
  Inside is not not melted, just like normal ice cream.
  It is shaped like a small ball / oval shaped ball.

  Do let me know if you have any idea where it is sold.

  I think somewhere inside Tampines Mall, there are fried ice cream. Not sure, though.
