Tips on storing chocolate

  I heard that chocolate cannot be put in the freezer as it will spoil the original taste. is it true? then how do i store chocolates?

  well there is a certain ideal temperature to store chocolates but i forget hw much izzit...

  To prevent the chocolate from receiving heat from the hand, gloves are used in higher end chocolates shop...

  just store them in a dark and cool area in the kitchen.. you can freeze it if its wrapped properly. it doesn't affect the taste what so ever.. it's just a old myth. if you freeze it, pull it out to room tempreture for 10 mins before eating.

  i can't agree more.. although there is no way you can retrieve it back anymore..

  I tried tougar chocolate or something-of-that-sort-i dont-remember-its-name. Yummy!  There's this biscuit texture in it.
