Hi
i am referring to a Tse Char store called "Xin Sheng Hou" (translated into English as "New Life" at Alexandra Village HC, operated by two not very old couples.
Their sea food hor fun, sang mee, fried rice, xi zharp bitter gourd with fish head etc etc just to name a few are very nice. They include one or two "big head" in their hor fun and sang mee. quite unique.
i have been patronising their store for more than 10 years. the last time i tried was some 3 months ago. but i felt so sad when i visited AV again last week and saw their store being left vacant.
Does anyone know whether the couples have retired or relocated to another place ? Or rather, does anyone know how , perhaps, i can still get in touch with them ?
