  I have always gone against the idea of putting a pile of ice cream together and calling it an ice cream cake. So waste of $ and not quality ice cream. I'd rather spend the $ on a super large size ice-cream at Cold Rock and put a candle on it :) Here's a post on my food blog on the ice cream at Cold Rock... I tried it once and can't wait to try another time with other flavours..  Btw, if anyone been to Cold Rock too, can reccommend me any nice 'combos' or 'mix' or whatever you call it?
