  This cozy little bistro at the Rail Mall (400 upper bukit timah road)

  the food's cooked by an italian chef, who owns this bistro too. Very nice italian cuisine and very nice setting and ambience. Do try it out.

  The strawberry chocolate cake is at SG$7 a slice, yours should be roughly the same price.
