A listing of where you can find this iconic Singaporean food, albeit with a twist.
Singapore, August 7, 2009 - Roti prata is a round pancake often eaten with chicken, mutton or fish curry or plain, with sugar.
Indigenous to India, roti prata was brought to Singapore by Indian immigrants.
A ball of dough is twirled and flattened to paper thinness to make prata.
Variations such as egg prata and cheese prata are highly popular in Singapore.
Along the way, varieties appeared: You can order a plaster (with the egg on the prata), tissue (crispy prata folded into a cone) and the bomb (with extra ingredients).

The ice-cream prata here is crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside.
