The fish head curry in Geylang: To suit his Chinese customers, one Indian man re-created this dish in his restaurant in Tank Road about 30 years back.

Singapore, August 7, 2009 - It combines tradtional South Indian fish curry and Chinese delicacy, the fish head.
Fish head curry is available in both Indian and Chinese restaurants and is often served bubbling in a the large clay pot.

You can pick your fish head of choice here.
Customers can select fish such as Golden Snapper, Lion Head Snapper and Red Grouper fish head from the eatery’s ice box.
The chef prepares each dish by his own hand, and his signature style is to remove the eggplant skin so it absorbs more curry.
Thick and creamy, the curry also packs an appetizing sour punch.

Gayatri nice and cheap among others. Quite big portion for $20. Not sure if the price still remains at $20.

Muthu Curry fish head no longer that popular. Some say it is expensive. I have no idea about it coz i hv not tried before. There is one coffee shop in Little India selling fish head curry at $10.

Last time in marina south inside the coffeeshop there is a stall called marina south curry fish head very nice now relocated at Tiong Bahru hawker centre but dunno whether the taste still as gd as before..

i everytime eat TPY Ocean coz i stay nearby... eat until sian... if only got mix curry... chicken got. pork ribs got. fish got. mutton got. vegetables got.
