
1) mutton
2) minced ginger and garlic paste 200g
3) onion 1/2 sliced , tomato 1/2 sliced , potato whole
4) fennel and cumin seeds
5) curry powder or paste of your choice
5) salt
1) pour some oil onto a saucepan making sure the oil is enough to half cover the sliced onions.Fry the onions slighly golden brown
2) add in the tomatoes and potatoes, fry till tomatoes soften , add in the ginger and onion paste
3) add in water and ensure that the paste is not too watery or too thick. simmer until desired
4) add in the mutton and simmer in the concoction till mutton changes colour
5) add in the curry powder / paste and mix well
6) salt to taste and cover for 40 minutes , leave on high heat
7) garnish with coriander
