We were at VivoCity and went to Serenity Spanish Bar & Restaurant for dinner and came across with this interesting Authentic Spanish Dish Fideua,Spanish Noodles.
The Fragrant Spanish Noodle Dish Roofed with Seafood and Chicken arrived on our table. It was love at first sight for me. From the first bite I started to love this delicious Noodle Dish. Fideua is Spanish Noodles. Out of curiousness I dig the server's knowledge. According to the Friendly Server who serve us Fideua is originally from Valencia. Unlike Italian Pasta Fideua is thiner and shorter. I agreed. in fact TASTIER some more.
Fideua is look alike Bi Hun. But the taste is much more richer and very fragrant. The Hair also shorter compared to Bi Hun. Saffron has made the Dish more yellowish and Fresh Seafood, Chicken, Mussels and Scallops had enriched the taste of the dish.
