  use them like fries.. quite nice...

  or chop them into pieces and make sweet potato soup...

  or mash them to make sweet potato pie

  sweet potatoe sweet soup.

   

  first your peel off the sweet potatoes skin.. then soak in water for 15min. ( this will make sure the sweet potatoes won't become mashy when long boiling.)

   

  the get some padan leaves

   

  two slice of ginger

   

  and put some rock sugar for taste.

  sweet potatoes congee.

   

  boil the rice with sweet potatoes cube ==> sweet potatoes congee

   

  Alternate sweet potatoes rice

   

  before you steam rice you cut the sweet potatoes into cubes.. then throw in to steam with rice.
