Hi..after I watch a video about the health dangers of eating meat...and the benefits of a vegetarian diet....I am thinking to become a vegetarian.
Wondering if anyone here is one..?
Please share your experiences, thanks.
BEEF!!!!! MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM BEEF!!!!!! FRIED CHICKEN!!!!!! MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
i choked while eating my greens once and almost died ![]()
I watched the video yesterday and have implemented it today by eating only vegetarian diet, with no meat at all.
But I still need to improve the completeness of the vegetarian diet (need more seeds and nuts)
Anyone here is an experienced vegetarian?
i like the feeling of eating vegetables, the clean and fresh texture of it, save for the green bits stucked between your teeth. and because i am doing it out of staying healthy, i am more inclined towards indulging in purely vegetables and beancurd daily. after all, vegetables help me to get rid of white rice from my diet.
anyway, if you wanna become a vegetarian, may i suggest you celery juice as a good introduction
I'm a vegetarian cos I like vegetables.
depends on what you eat for vegetarian food. some vegetarian food can be unhealthy, I mean those with lots of fried food.
except for......derh occasional steak....OMG i luv steak!~ ![]()

Aren't you experienced, Veggie Bao ?
If you really cannot force yourself to stay away from meat...
Then can go veg alternate... Like meat today, veg tml, and so on...
i'm vegan; been so for the past 1.5 years. rather than shock your system overnight, perhaps you can start introducing a vegan meal incrementally e.g once a week, twice a week etc
Basically, nothing is really healthy to eat after you realise everything about how do they come by...
Even the so called organic fruits or organic stuff...
^^
i am vegetarian at home, cook all my own food.... when i'm out i eat normally.... for convenience i guess? saving an animal, one meal at a time (:

Hmmm..... I am the survivalist, as long as it's edible and is not an allergen to me, I consider it food.
Yeah eating too much meat is health hazardous, especially beef as there have been studies correlating too much beef to cancer occurrence.
But frankly speaking, no matter what you eat, you will still kanna diseases if you are fated too. Food is only a small part of our life. Our environment are full of disease causing agents like cigarette smoke or carbon monoxide etc.
Dont worry too much la, no point turning into a vegetarian just because of this. What you should do is have a balanced diet comprising of both meat, vege and fruits. Or you can have vegetarian meals ocassionally, like what I do.
Too much vegetarian meals arent too good as well, because some of those mock meats are made of flour and flour being carbo can get you fat as well and that is another form of health risk. Unless you are talking about vegetarian meals which includes only green veges and no mock meats or wat so ever.
Pls...I beg u all....pls dun kill the veggies, they have life too....pls... no! NO! NOT ROBERT!!! ![]()
