Best restaurant to have dinner at Boat Quay

Hey there
I'm looking for some suggestions as to which restaurant to have dinner at boat quay. The place need not necessarily be air conditioned, so as long it isn't stuffy or anything like that. I'm looking particularly for one that serves western (steaks, chicken chop, fish n chips etc) and has a nice quiet ambience to the place. As for prices, they can't be too steep either. In fact, I'm hoping to get something within a range of say $60 for two.

You could try Sizzling Rock, though it certainly isn't a quiet place.

Dallas is very good and worth the money.
But i think the 4 Set dinner for the price of 3 ended already. :(
