  There is a place at beo cresent (somewhere near the alley (wet market), there is this couple (mid 50s) selling otah....very nice and delicious...they also have white in colour (no chilli).

  Not in chin swee road/chinatown.

  There is this building (I forgot the name), I dont know what school is that.

  There a a condo next to the school.

  At the school gate, and you cross the road, you will be able to see them faning the otah.
