  i've recently been kinda obsessed with beansprouts. (dou ya)

  d'ya like the stuff? not like the stuff...?

  the korean one is sprouted from soy bean right...?

  but not commonly found in wet markets leh.....

  yah. from soybean....
  the head is yellow and big
  crunchy and no have the smell............ u know, the smell tt most other bean sprouts have?

  supermarkets shd have..... prepacked.....

  try growing your own from mung beans aka green beans.  But use mineral water instead of our tap water for a seperate batch.

  The result is very very different taste.

  i like them, to a certain extent and if they're still crunchy. blanched and stir fried with soy sauce. or added to noodles.

  I do enjoy beansprouts fried with salted fish as side dish for my meals at times.

  I wonder what'll yield if I use lime juice.

  I like bean sprouts with salted fish, very muchly! Apart from that I think I kinda dislike them.

  The koreans did some really nice kimchi with beansprouts too.

  im a sucker for tou ya..

  stir fried with salted fish and soy sauce. and a bowl of porridge. good to go.
