the korean one is sprouted from soy bean right...?
but not commonly found in wet markets leh.....

the head is yellow and big
crunchy and no have the smell............ u know, the smell tt most other bean sprouts have?

supermarkets shd have..... prepacked.....
try growing your own from mung beans aka green beans. But use mineral water instead of our tap water for a seperate batch.
The result is very very different taste.
i like them, to a certain extent and if they're still crunchy. blanched and stir fried with soy sauce. or added to noodles.
I like when stir-fried with sauces and spring onion.
I do enjoy beansprouts fried with salted fish as side dish for my meals at times.

I like bean sprouts with salted fish, very muchly! Apart from that I think I kinda dislike them.
