TRy Hans at Park Mall, the cafe at basement of Dhoby Ghaut Xchange. Cafes at Plaza Singapura, or walk further down to the former Paradiz Centre. Lots of eating places there

I can't remember the name of the cafe at the basement of Dhoby Ghaut Xchange. The price paid is value for money - free flow of drinks and ice cream for set menus though food taste is only so so
got many places to eat and chit chat, but see if you are willing to spend or not. how much is ur budget first.
