Daniel Angerer, who is a New York City chef, has posted a recipe on his website for what he calls "My spouse's mommy milk cheese." Daniel owns his own restaraunt called Klee Brasserie in Manhattan, New York City. Don't worry though, the FDA prohibits him from selling it in his restaraunt.
Daniel makes the cheese out of his wifes breast milk. The couple had originally wanted to donate the excess mile, but found out it was a long tedious process to do that. So, rather than throw away the excess milk, he decided to find something to do with the "liquid gold" as he calls it. If nothing else, Daniel has received a lot of publicity for it - both positive and negative publicity.
He posted the recipe on his website and here's a link to the recipe if anyone is interested. What a story! lol
