yet con is one of the supposedly 3 of whats left of true hainanese food. The 3 being yet con, thien kee at golden mile, and chin chin. They don't soak the chicken into cold water after cooking.

Chicken rice balls are nice as the rice become more sticky when it is made as a ball. But not many chicken rice stalls sell chicken rice balls.
I used to eat them at the coffeeshop opposite the bus stop at Sim Lim Tower but the chicken meat is not very delicious though the rice ball is sticky.
Anyone knows where to find delicious chicken meat and sticky rice ball stalls ?
