fish soup!

  i just been to maxwell centre last week and tried out one of the fish soup stall over there.

   the most distinctive thing about their food is that they use yam rice instead of plain white rice. and the yam rice actually goes well with the fish soup.

  their price range is around $3 to $4 which is reasonable.

  I like that.

  Amoy Stree FC, 2nd floor, $5 fish soup is top on the list for me.    Super fresh fish and soup!    Oishi!

  There are two popular fish soup stalls there.  The one I ate is not the $4, it is minimum $5.  Ate the $4, not nice.    The $5 one is superb but once they retire will not have any chance to eat liao, nobody going to take over.   This $5 one has two stalls on the same level.

  I think the most delicious one i've ever eaten is in bedok. (: The meat itself is thick. Not like those normal thin slices. You will have a satisfied feeling after eating it.

  So far to me , the one located at bedok still wins. The fish meat is thick one. Really worth the money. The soup is bittergourd fish soup. So far all the fish soup i've tasted cannot be compared to the one located at bedok.

  Geylang East Central.. the coffeeshop behind UOB.. i havent gone there for quite some time dunno it still there anot. The fish slice thickness just nice, the soup not too bland with lettuce and beancurd.

  I like Yam rice with fish... I enjoy fish ball noodle soup at hawker centers
