  suggest you go to Tpa Payoh fourtunate restaurant.. a bit low class for you but food, ariety and price is good. 
  
  unlike some restaurants dim sum looked like bought frozen from NTUC type

  Who the hell eats dim sum at night? ok ok, I'm one of them. I frequent victor's kitchen for dim sum dinner, but they close at 8pm.

  had dimsum lunch @ lei garden.

  my frd said quite nice.
