how much? u eaten before?
Emicakes makes the best durian cake in the universe. It is also very expensive, which justifies the quality. I have personally tried it 3 times on 3 different occasions, and the quality is one the best and consistent.
As for goodwood, I hear alot, but have not personally tried it.

Ritz Durian Strudel is nice.
The Apple Strudel also not bad.
Jurong point got one durian empire or something.
The durian empire puffs are okay, but I think they used durians with no or little durian smell to cater to a bigger crowd. I remember it being surprisingly odour-free. Maybe it's psychological, but to me the more "smelly" durians somehow taste better.
