Just wondering how many kind of ways to cook poached eggs?
And what are normally the main/side dish which comes along with poached egg?
There is only 1 way to cook a poached egg. Fast boil. It isn't a necessary component for most dishes, it just complements it. Take carbonara for example, a poached egg is usually broken to use the yolk as a texture to the cream.
Another method is to sous vide it, but I don't think that qualifies as cooking.
eggs benedict....
