Hello!
I am a Celiac patient, and as such, I have to bake my own bread.
Currently I am using a bread maker, but the dry yeast available does not give good results.
Does anyone know where I can buy fresh yeast?
Thanks in advance,
Fox.
I just checked my bread maker instruction book on making gluten free bread and it says:
The order of putting in ingredients is different
Please put in the ingredients in the following order so that the gluten free bread mix is well mixed. (The wrong order may result in poor rising)
- water, salt, fat
- gluten free bread mix
- dry yeast
May be it's the order you put in the ingredients...... not sure but worth the try and see if it turns out better.
Good luck!
errr....in the air??
