fro young i dun eat vegetables at all..i really cant eat if i eat i will throw back..mayb because i was nt teach to eat vege frequently when i was small..i age 22 ht-167 n wt-148..my weight rnever increase if i eat more oso..i gt c doctor they say now u dun eat its ok but in the future i will get sickness easily..that make me worry and scare..fruit and other stuff i eat..i gt buy multi vitamin supplement at guardian as a replacement but doctor say is nt worth it as i need the original vege which have fibre..i need help pls

try vegetables in a different way from what you usually eat. the chinese or malay common style of stir-frying is a little off-putting if you aren't used to it, but you could try making a vegetable pizza or something, just think of a type of food that you like to eat and include vegetables in it. and increase your fruit/nut/grain intake as well. you would be fine. try finding stuff that you do like to eat, like.... mangoes? indian dates? cashews? almonds? do get the unsalted/unsweetened stuff though.

i eat meat all the time!!!!seldom vegetables,,,,,in fact none.one year i only take like less than 2 or 3kg vegetables.its meat n rice.but seeing colon cancer i think i better take vegeatbles...

I also hate vegetables. after my parents stop forcing me to eat vegetables at age 16, i've only eaten meat since then. I love fruits - esp oranges though
My reason for not eating vegetables is that vegetables is the food of my food(meat) so its not 'elite' enough for me.
FYI - 148 pounds = 67 kg
I guess TS will have to get fibre from other sources like oatmeal or those dietary fibre drinks/supplements
It's not so much so of vitamins which you can get from pills.
I love my greens although I love meat as well
i'll just say this...
my uncle who does not eat vegetables, and eats only fatty meats and processed carbohydrates, drinks oversweetened coffee like water is in a world of health problems now..
he's got osteoporosis, hypertension, has suffered from some kinds of seizures which put him in hospital not just once, has heart problems, cholesterol problems and now has to go for a risky triple bypass, risky because of all these health problems...
so.. veggies?
