  Agreed with you about the counter staff...kind of abit slow...cannot blame them but the kitchen staff who do all the packings and cooking.

  I love their sundea...got one time our operation managers used to give us BK treat whenever we stay late on weekend. Love to eat chicken burgen that wrap in golden paper....

  Ya what. The burger is like 2 or 3+ then the drink and all you buy also still cheaper than burger king. I at burger king buy the mushroom swiss double meal always 8+ total de.

  the best burgers are mushroom swiss, rendang with their big onions, turkey bacon also not bad. Wooh...saliva alrdy dripping.

  This apology is just a gimmick to tell customers that they should have introduced the ice cream sooner. Not for any particular incident.
