I think the restaurant has new dim sum chef as I find that the har gow, siew mai and lotus leaf glutinuous rice taste better now.
I saw another dim sum restaurant De Bao at another street of Chinatown. The price is lower and less classy as Yum Cha. Have not tried the dim sum at De Bao as I have just eaten the dim sum buffet at Yum Cha.
got new chef so raise price?
too bad their new branch at SGCC no haf dim sum bufei..........
there d buffet only dim sum? or also have porridge? feel like trying out
the dim sum buffet includes porridge
I tried the dim sum at the De Bao restaurant at the Smith Street (Chinatown).
But I did not like the fried carrot cake, siew mai and seah (prawn) mai.
