Hi there, I'm new to this forum. I'm currently doing some research on the demand of how many people would be interested to rent a commercial central kitchen for baking/cooking.
I realized that there are quite a lot of people in Singapore would like to start up a food biz but don't seem to be able to find a kitchen to rent.
Would really like to hear from those who are interested to rent a central kitchen and share your view with me. If you're interested, kindly provide details such as:

I'm representing a team looking to start a F&B business, specifically a beverage business.
We identify with the problem of wanting to rent a kitchen for our business.
Without a kitchen and layout that is licensed by the NEA we are unable to produce the beverages and sell them.
