Anyone currently or previously has experience on restaurant restaurant? Is it profitable? Is it worth a business to enter? What is your return like? Tks in advance.
I think franchises like these needs at least a $200,000 initial investment.
You don't have that sort of financial backing, don't even think about it. ![]()
Subway must go to very high rent areas.................very difficult lah..............the kind of customers they appeal to normally in office areas...................not very popular with teens................so kang kor lah................
for food...........sell roti prata the best.............rent and cost much much much much lower..............profit margin is outright scary one............
to sell roti prata...........must cook fish curry.............charge 50 cents for kosong............80 cents for egg...........still earn a lot and you kill all nearby competitors...........
Thanks for commenting. Do Charlize and Asromanista2001 have any franchise experience to share? tks. I have no knowledge on Roti prata .
Go to anchorpoint shopping centre, basement level 1, look for this dessert stall near the foodcourt. Right beside the cashier, there is a stack of editorials on franchising eateries. It also showcases which businesses are looking for people to franchise their products.
i think it's quite saturated oredi
one estate can have 2 subways
popular wif teens wat.
me is hvin one rite nw.
this is S'pore and at end of the day the traditional food will win out.............
franchise also not worth lah............pay a lot and must share profit..............
start one of those small outdoor stalls selling Brussels Fries............lower cost and something new.........
i told my friend about it but he not interested........Brussles Fries is like French fries but much nicer and much more ''hi-end'' than those fries at fast-food joints........

Oh...meaning the profit will be slice off for that middle man.
Then I will be getting lesser profits after a hard day work.
