I wish to comment here tat I try the conveyor belt tim sum at Bugis. Its reali sucks, vy expensive and the food is not nice at all. Somemore not hot wan. Only paying for the ambience, if u tink u got extra $ to spare then go there. If not, stay away at all costs.

This one to be highly avoid like SARs. It's "I Dim Sum" at Parco, Bugis Junction. This is not buffet. It's pick up the dim sum from the belt, so it's more a A-La-Carte style.
The belt dim sum were so bad that I addressed my displeasure to the manager.It's expensive and lousy.The manager told me it's market rate. But to me it's sun-market standard.They are more like from Hong Guang from supermarket. I challenged the manager that I can have better dim sum at other resturant for thesame rate. I meant even simple resturant like Cry***** Kitchen is much better. BTW, each basket cost $3.90 !
And not much atmosphere either, just look at the celing and it's well,........
I have rtied dim sum buffet ($9.50) at City Plaza but the same std as above. But what it make up for quality is quantity and variety and $$.

personally, i like crystal jade's dim sum...BUT its not cheap....
the porridge there is also great~~~~
for those that like century egg porridge...try the Yunnan Inn Restaurant...the best i've tried so far....cost $6.50..BUT serving is small.....

Orient Ocean at Miramar Hotel. The tim sum buffet there cheap & nice.
$10.80++ ( Mon to Fri)
$13.80++ (Sat & Sun)
got other promos as well, even got tim sum set meal going fo $6.80++ per pax only. vy cheap & nice. worth it ah.
