It’s not in SG but the 45 day old Aged Grade AA Alberta Rib Eye I had at the CN Tower Restaurant was orgasmic.
It was done medium rare but the knife went through the meat like butter and the fat melts as soon as it touches your tongue with a rich buttery flavour
The flavour of the beef is so good that I don’t even know how to describe it.
It’s like if wagyu beef is a good wine, this aged beef is a good vintage, when it comes to flavour depth and mouth feel
sounds like corned beef silverside...aka pastrami,,,just buy those with the 1 inch thick fat!

Tokyo Walker ?? the shop that sell choppan beside Ajisen in PS. Food very salty, my hair dropped off. The chicken lived in the fridge for at least 1 day - it was stale tasting and badly cooked and powdery meat. The noodles are stiff, the meat in the noddles... I think is also not fresh. The one the took the cake was the manager, he talked about 30 mins to waiter/waitress at the doorway ... like lecture them or something. Clients wanted to come in could not, then left. Then the aunties from Ajisen come out from Ajisen throw their shopping and let their kids stare at me, while they blah blah b;ah loudly on HP. This shop I am in have no money to put up full wall, only half wall so I can see you Auntie and hear what you talk Auntie and XDD, please go away, you are not cute! ... I lost my appetite...
