IF YOU are planning to get your hands on must-have Chinese New Year delicacies like fatt choy (black moss), dried sea cucumbers and dried scallops, you had better do so now, or you may have to pay even higher prices later.
Prices are already up by as much as 30 per cent compared to the same time last year - even though Chinese New Year fell later in the month of February last year than it will this year.

sea cucumber same like sharkfin or bird nest got no taste and absorb taste from what you added
