How to cook instant noodles?

Want to check with you all how you cook instant noodles.
Do you add the powder and cook for a while? Or you pour out the noodles into bowl then add in the powder and stir?
Do you add egg? What else do you add?
Do you cook egg first before noodles or after noodles?
Do you add powder or throw it away?
Do you like to add more water or less water?
Any special bad habit you have in instant noodles cooking?

So many ways of cooking it. Braised meat , cook noodle, pour braised meat to cooked noodle, shiok!

Nissin cup noodles are simple.
Pour hot water into the cup.

for those cup/bowl noodles, I'll just add the flavouring + condiments then hot water..
if those packet types then mostly I'll add additional ingredients to it..

I eat Maggi Curry Flavour. I put the noodles in a bowl, then pour boiled water in it, then add the powder. No egg, no sperm, nothing else.

This is the best flavour of all the maggie noodle -
Follow instructions on cup/packet/bowl.

i just add everthing in and just wait 5 min then eat alr

1) boil water
2) cook the noodle without the soup base
3) put soup base in the bowl
3) extract noodle from the boiling water, put in the bowl
4) add some of the water.
*usually the soupbase get very diluted if I cook it with the noodle.*
I might add hardboiled egg.

eggs
vege
plus 1/4 water
boiled it
then put noodles, gravy and eggs vege
and stir after that
off fire
and wait for 5 mins

if i do decide to use the seasoning, then noodles+seasoning into boiling water in the pan.
condiments e.g. veg will be thrown in just before i finish cooking
