PRC Hawkers cooking local food?

  Like Char Kway Teow, Fishball Noodles, Carrot Cake, Laksa, Satay etc etc.

  Would appreciate some help from ya'll about these hawker stalls owned by PRCs. They have to be the stallholders though! 

   

  Point me in the right direction please, thanks a lot!

  boss hire them to cook nia lah

  though they claim to use the "original" recipe

   

  but sometimes the cook hide behind...
  only left the fierce chinese lady manning the counter and siu lui......

  ANY FOOD that is cook by PRC hire, i WILL NEVER eat.

  It shows their boss "cheap hire" . Juz coz they knw how 2 cook.

  alot wad.

  some quite nice.. its all about the QC part ba.
