.....rich people don't need to eat, too busy making money, where got time to eat?
Actually, rich people eat rich food; rich in fat, rich in colestrol, rich in oil, rich in salt........
3 sq meals a day
If you talk about the Lee family, they fly their personal chef to Japan in First Class to buy Shashimi for dinner. ![]()
I doubt they would be flying their chef to Japan to buy Shashimi anytime soon. ![]()
They can probably consider truffles from Europe. ![]()
And I don't mean the kind of truffles you get at cedele bakery. ![]()
The record price paid for a single white truffle was set in December 2007, when Macau casino owner Stanley Ho paid US$330,000 (£165,000) for a specimen weighing 1.5 kilograms (3.3 lb), discovered by Luciano Savini and his dog Rocco. One of the largest truffles found in decades, it was unearthed near Pisa and sold at an auction held simultaneously in Macau, Hong Kong and Florence.[11] This record was then matched on November 27, 2010 when Ho again paid US$330,000 for a pair of white truffles including one weighing nearly a kilogram.

Rich people eat healthily, mainly bean curds and bean sprouts because they are afraid to die young kiasi.
Rich folk are like the rest of us - depending on culture and upbringing many love hawker food.
You do get the pretentious snobs who are all about the emperor's new clothes, what with foie gras, truffles, degustation and all that jazz, but it all depends on who you're trying to impress, how much of a chip on the shoulder one has and where you're at in your culinary journey.
How would you define rich?
bery much like wat u and me eat.
As a disgustingly rich person, I had curry chicken rice last night. The day b4 sphegetti, and 3 days before pig's organ soup and rice. On Sunday I had otak for lunch and roti prati for breakfast. These delicacies are meant for the rich which the poor (so sad) cannot afford.
